2003 MVP Award - Review Copy
Dear Chapter Member:
Have you ever caught another
Chapter member in the act of doing something extraordinary? Something of
great service to our Chapter or to our profession? Here is your chance to
pay that person back for his/her good deeds by nominating him/her for the
Chapter's Most Valuable Player (MVP) award.
We are requesting that you fill out the attached MVP
nomination form and send it to us by Friday, October 24, 2003.
Nominations will be accepted in either of the following two
forms:
